Help & Answers
A standard inspection covers visible civil elements (cracks, plaster, flooring), common electrical checks (DB, earthing, sockets), plumbing (visible leaks, tanks, pumps), and life-safety items. Optional tests such as thermal imaging, concealed leak detection and earthing resistance tests are available on request.
On-site inspections typically take 1–3 hours for a flat; larger properties or society audits take longer. We deliver a clear PDF report within 24–48 hours. Priority delivery (same day/24h) can be requested for urgent cases.
Presence is helpful so we can discuss issues and access locked areas. If you cannot attend, we will proceed with access arrangements and provide a full walkthrough via phone or video after the report is issued.

Our reports include ballpark cost bands for prioritised repairs to help with budgeting. For formal contractor quotes, we can brief trusted vendors using the report as a scope of work.
Inspections are non-destructive unless otherwise agreed. Hidden defects that require invasive testing (e.g., opening walls, destructive sampling) may not be detected; we state limitations in each report and recommend specialist testing when required.
